WYRD Refund Policy

All WYRD products are handmade in small batches with care and intention. Because of the personal, cosmetic, and spiritual nature of our items, all sales are final.

​

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email liveWYRD@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, WYRD is not responsible for loss or theft. If your package is missing, please contact your local postal carrier or file a claim with USPS or UPS.
